At REALI, great wine begins with intentional farming, thoughtful sourcing, and a clear sense of purpose. We take a light-handed approach in the cellar, allowing each vineyard and variety to speak for itself. Our wines aim to express purity, character, and a connection to place.

2024 Cabernet Franc RosÉ
POLLARD VINEYARD | RATTLESNAKE HILLS
Our 2024 Cabernet Franc Rosé presents a fresh and expressive take on this site-driven variety. Sourced from Pollard Vineyard in the Rattlesnake Hills, the wine embodies our shared commitment to responsible farming practices. Serge’s long-standing connection to this ten-acre site—known for its volcanic soils and meticulous vineyard practices—made it a natural partner as we build toward an estate-driven future.
In the cellar, we employed a range of vessels, including concrete, stainless steel, acacia, and neutral oak, to develop texture and dimension while preserving freshness. The result is a dry, rounded rosé with layers of honeydew melon, orange blossom, lime, and citrus. A long, mineral finish adds depth and elegance.
Pair with: Goat cheese, salmon, quiche, roasted turkey, prosciutto, or anything off the grill.
2024 Sauvignon Blanc
SMITH-CERNE VINEYARD | COLUMBIA GORGE
This 100% Sauvignon Blanc comes from a remarkable site in Oregon’s Columbia Gorge, home to vines planted in 1976. Introduced to us by our Vineyard Manager, Nick Mackay, the Smith-Cerne Vineyard is farmed by Results Partners and known for producing expressive, site-driven fruit. As the owners prepared to retire the vineyard, we were honored to work with them for its final harvest.
In the cellar, we pressed the grapes whole cluster and fermented slowly in a mix of concrete egg, stainless steel, neutral oak, and a touch of new oak. Partial malolactic fermentation added texture and depth, while the blend of vessels helped preserve the wine’s bright aromatics and layered mouthfeel.
The result is a dry, medium-bodied wine with a floral nose of jasmine and honey. Ripe citrus, pear, and a subtle creaminess carry through the palate, finishing with graceful length and balance.
Pair with: Fresh goat cheese, halibut, spring vegetables, chicken piccata, or Thai green curry.

2023 Cabernet Sauvignon
PHINNY HILL VINEYARD | HORSE HEAVEN HILLS
Our 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from Phinny Hill Vineyard, one of the Horse Heaven Hills AVA’s most respected sites for producing structured, expressive Cabernet. After tasting through barrel lots with Serge and several trusted winemakers, this vineyard stood out unanimously for its balance, character, and alignment with the style we set out to produce.
Harvested at lower brix to support freshness and fruit purity, the wine is led by vibrant notes of cherry, blackberry, and dried herbs. Aged 19 months in a mix of 40% new 225L barrels, 60% neutral barrels, it offers both structure and elegance, with fine tannins and a polished mouthfeel. A small addition of Grenache (15%) adds aromatic lift and suppleness.
Pair with: Grilled beef tenderloin, boeuf bourguignon, creamy sauces, or potato gratin.
2023 Grenache
WALLA WALLA VALLEY
Our 2023 Grenache marks our first release from the Walla Walla Valley, our home and the heart of our winemaking vision. As we prepare for the release of our future estate-grown wines, this bottling offers an early glimpse into the region we’re proud to champion. Sourced from a blend of Walla Walla vineyards rooted in fractured basalt and rocky soils, the wine highlights the earthy depth and vibrant character that define our region.
Fermented in concrete and aged for 21 months in a combination of cement and large-format neutral oak, the wine is medium-bodied, with notes of fig, dried herbs, and a distinct minerality. Soft tannins and full malolactic fermentation lend an elegant, supple finish. A small addition of Cabernet Sauvignon adds depth and structure.
Pair with: Grilled lamb, pork chops, duck breast, sausage, risotto, or a perfectly cooked burger.

OUR WINEMAKING PHILOSOPHY
Crafted by acclaimed winemaker Serge Laville, formerly of Spring Valley Vineyard, each wine in the REALI portfolio is shaped by decades of experience and a commitment to site expression. Our winemaking style is rooted in the old world: balanced, structured, and food-friendly, with lower alcohol levels and a focus on length and complexity. Farming and picking decisions prioritize freshness and acidity, laying the foundation for age-worthy wines with a long finish.
We work with a small network of like-minded growers who share our values around quality and sustainability, focusing on single-vineyard sites that align with our vision and complement our estate. Our goal is to produce the majority of our portfolio from our own vineyard, with a target of 80% estate fruit in future vintages.
To allow each varietal to shine, we age our wines in a deliberate mix of vessels: concrete eggs, amphora, stainless steel, acacia, and neutral or lightly used French oak. These minimalist tools enhance texture and preserve purity, without overshadowing the fruit or vineyard.
The REALI portfolio features classic French varieties that thrive in the Walla Walla Valley, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay, alongside Italian varieties that pay homage to our Tuscan heritage—Sangiovese, Barbera, and one of the first plantings of Vermentino in Washington State.
Every bottle is made with the same uncompromising goal: to craft truly great wine with depth, balance, and enduring elegance.
